Nutter Butter Bites

I have been absolutely desperate to try these little biscuits for ages but I can't find them anywhere, and then, just this week the little angel known as Amy sent me a lovely little package of peanutty goodness. I was thrilled to realise that they are also completely vegan!
For those of you that don't know Nutter Butters are an American biscuit which are described as real peanut butter cookies which have that classic sweet, crunchy, rich peanut butter taste that has delighted taste buds for decades. If you love peanut butter, these peanut butter sandwich cookies will be perfect for you!
The biscuit has a deliciously sweet flavour which is almost butterscotchy with its richness, this perfectly balanced out the creamy yet salty flavour of the peanut butter. I was impressed that they actually used real peanut butter rather than a peanut flavoured cream!
They are so incredibly moreish and tasty, I can imagine that these would be delicious with a cup of coffee!

Peanut Butter Oreos (UK)

Oreo’s have quickly become a staple biscuit in the UK, but despite this there has been very little variety on offer except for double stuff, which let’s be honest are nice nice enough but far from revolutionary or exciting, especially when compared to what is on offer all over the globe. I would love to try some of the more adventurous flavours like s’mores or red velvet, but finally the UK has got a bit of variety! We have peanut butter!
Unfortunately these are not vegan which meant that I couldn't try them so I have given that job to my brother, the lucky lad!
So this is his opinion not mine and his tastes are very different from mine, but hopefully he will give you a good idea of what these are like.
The combination of crunchy chocolate biscuit and a creamy peanut butter centre worked well, but that was no surprise because it was a tried and tested pairing. The peanut butter had a nice hint of saltiness which worked well with the sweet chocolate biscuit. Overall these are a tasty snack and the UK is lucky to have them! It is a shame that they have whey powder in them, but other than that they are pretty good!

Fox's Frozen Strawberry Biscuits

I am a sucker for anything cute and whimsical, so it is only natural that I would pick up a bag of these Fox’s Frozen Biscuits! They are basically a round biscuit with a Frozen themed icon printed into them, I thought that this was a nice touch rather than it being the generically boring biscuit, which in my opinion is a major cop out when companies make a themed product but the theme only extends to the packaging! Anyway, the biscuits were good, crumbly and crunchy in texture, the strawberry flavour came through quite nicely as it was rather subtle, but I often find that strawberry flavoured things tend to be artificial and too strong but this worked well. I can imagine children would love to take these to school with them in their packed lunch box, I'm not too sure that I would choose these as my new favourite and go to biscuits but I would certainly have them again! My Mum tried a pack and agreed that they were really nice and said that they were a great way to get a sweet hit whilst on a diet.
Also, I have looked at the ingredients and I am pretty certain that they are suitable for vegans, I have checked several times and as far as I can see they are vegan but correct me if I am wrong.

Coco Pops Multi-Grain Mini Biscuits

When I saw these Coco Pops Multi-Grain Mini Biscuits I couldn't resist picking up a pack, especially once I had checked the ingredients only to discover that they are vegan!  No dairy, no eggs and, no honey. So I thought that these would be a perfect snack for me to enjoy with my lunch, plus I can convince myself that they count as healthy as they contain the buzz word, ‘multi-grain’.
These are basically a rebranding of the Special K Mini Breaks, but I don't particularly mind because I used to love them! Especially the lemon ones, they were so incredibly moreish and felt as though they should be higher in calories.
Now, onto the current version for a review. These have a good crunch to them that is quite satisfying when paired with the flakes of oats scattered across the top, the cocoa flavour shines through very nicely and you can certainly identify that they are meant to be chocolate flavoured. Basically I really enjoyed these and found them to be a very satisfying treat to enjoy guilt free. Don't be put off with the rebranding which is aimed at children, it is a tasty snack that all ages can enjoy because they are sweet, but not cloyingly so.

Fox's Party Footballs

Party Rings are such a snazzy biscuit what with their decorative and sweet icing on top of a crunchy biscuit base. It is easy to see why they are a packed lunch staple for both children and adults alike! Well, at least this adult enjoys them and I am a proud advocate of them (the see no evil monkey emoji would have been perfect here but alas I feel that would undermine my authority as an adult…)
Party Rings, around a year ago, became not only vegetarian but vegan. Therefore they contain no dairy, eggs or anything else derived from animals, despite this change, they still have the same great taste I remembered from being younger.
Shall I stop boring you all and finally move onto the review? I better had. Now, these Party Footballs are basically Party Rings without the hole, same basic sweet flavour and crunchy yet somehow buttery biscuit. The biscuit is a little different in appearance because on the back, it has football related things imprinted upon the back, the icing is also only green or blue, this had no impact upon the flavour but it was a nice variation albeit a bit of a step back in gender stereotypes. Overall, I really enjoyed these biscuits and found them a rad easier to eat when they were in this shape!

Meiji Chocolate Hello Panda Biscuits

Whilst in town last weekend I noticed that a new Mr Sims Sweet Shop had opened and I was absolutely thrilled, when entering I was literally like a child in a sweet shop! (I am the queen of puns I will have you know)
I spotted these cute little biscuits in the shape of panda bears with little panda bears doing all these different activities like football, fishing etc. they are the typical cuteness that you associate with Asian products but I was a little worried that it would be style over substance but thankfully this was not the case!
These little biscuits are just magical. They have a soft and gooey chocolatey centre that works well against the crisp and crunchy biscuit coating. The flavour was lovely and I really enjoyed munching on them. They are perfect as a snack at any time of day as they are light but leave you satisfied.

Fox's Party Rings

It is always a lovely surprise when a childhood favourite becomes vegetarian. I am talking about the delicious and iconic Party Rings! The colourful doughnut shaped treats glazed in a delicious sugary icing. The biscuit base was buttery and crumbly just as I remember it and I couldn't help but grin as I started munching on them filled with childhood nostalgia. The icing looked pretty and tasted slightly fruity and sweet which worked well against the biscuit.
Overall I have to say I really enjoyed my little bag of Party Rings as they tasted fabulous and brought back floods of childhood memories, and I can't wait to try all of the other wild and wacky new flavours they have brought out!

Special K Caramel Biscuit Moments

I am a big fan of Special K products because as a General rule they are really tasty, full of flavour and quite low in calories. I particularly enjoy the biscuit moment range because they are a bit like Poptarts (something which I really miss as they real Poptarts aren't veggie friendly) anyway, the caramel ones are absolutely delicious! They are buttery, sweet and actually taste of caramel! I know that sounds like a daft thing to say but with diet products sometimes the flavours can be a bit hit and miss, by not living up to their name, instead tasting artificial.
Coming in at less than 100 calories they are perfect for the diet conscious but because of their fabulous flavour they are also perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth!

New Cadburys Lu Biscuit

Cadburys seem to be on a roll bringing out new products and I am absolutely thrilled because this is quite a unique product for the UK (although I am aware that there is a Milka equivalent, but we won't dwell on that too much now).
The packaging is rather nice, simple but very appealing with the classic Cadburys look about it.
Upon opening the new Cadburys Dairy Milk and Lu biscuit bar and I was greeted by the delicious and comforting smell that we all know and love of Cadburys.
I couldn't wait to taste this new creation. The flavour was very sweet but still enjoyable because of its size I presume. It isn't too much so that it is sickly but enough to satisfy a chocolate craving, perfect with a cup of tea as an afternoon snack.
I rather enjoyed this bar and would strongly recommend you all to try it yourself, I am looking forward to trying the Ritz one because I am a lover of the sweet & salty flavour combination
