Cadbury's Dairy Milk Puddles - Smooth Mint

Cadbury’s seem to be on a roll with the release of new products, and this by far has to be the best. The Cadbury’s Puddles. They are quite snazzy in appearance with their unique and interesting design, this does however make it a little difficult to break even bits off and to portion it out properly, but with its moreish quality, it is difficult to not eat the entire bar in one go! It is made with the classic Dairy Milk chocolate so it is sweet, creamy and smooth. This works very well with the puddles of mint filling, the mint filling has a lovely flavour, it is fresh and gooey, similar to caramel in consistency.

Overall, it is a really good product, unique yet a combination of classic flavours that we all know to be a wonderful match! The only criticism is that it is not yet available in small bars!

Cadburys Freddo Sprinkles

Initially, I was surprised when Cadbury's decided to combine hundreds and thousands with the iconic chocolate Freddo, but then upon reflection, I realised that this is the key component to a classic sweet that we will all remember from our childhood bags of pic'n'mix: The chocolate Jazzie. 

How could I forget about the humble Jazzie when it was always a staple aspect of my bag of sugary joy?! 

Now, that is enough nostalgia for this post, onto the review! 

It basically tastes just like a regular Freddo, I am quite disappointed if I'm honest because the concept had such great potential! Perhaps if the sprinkles were on the outside and coated the pants of the Freddo then it probably would have had more of an effect. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy the cute little chocolate frog, but it was more or less a regular Freddo!

New Cadburys Lu Biscuit

Cadburys seem to be on a roll bringing out new products and I am absolutely thrilled because this is quite a unique product for the UK (although I am aware that there is a Milka equivalent, but we won't dwell on that too much now).

The packaging is rather nice, simple but very appealing with the classic Cadburys look about it.

Upon opening the new Cadburys Dairy Milk and Lu biscuit bar and I was greeted by the delicious and comforting smell that we all know and love of Cadburys. 

I couldn't wait to taste this new creation. The flavour was very sweet but still enjoyable because of its size I presume. It isn't too much so that it is sickly but enough to satisfy a chocolate craving, perfect with a cup of tea as an afternoon snack.

I rather enjoyed this bar and would strongly recommend you all to try it yourself, I am looking forward to trying the Ritz one because I am a lover of the sweet & salty flavour combination

Cadburys Popping Candy Freddo

Now, what is there not to love about a popping candy Freddo bar? It is good old cadburys chocolate that we all know and love with its delicious creamy flavour and it's perfect level of sweetness, and in the shape of a beloved and iconic character, Freddo the Frog!
But with a new edition of popping candy which in my opinion is a rather nice alternative to the caramel and plain flavour
The popping candy itself does not contribute to the flavour of my lovely little Freddo it is however still a nice addition to the Cadbury Christmas range and I look forward to finding and enjoying the rest of the Christmas goodies that will be released in the upcoming months

Cadbury Crispello Vanilla Velvet

I saw this in Tesco whilst on my weekly mooch around the shops and was instantly drawn in by the lovely, shiny-purple wrapper. I am a massive fan of the original flavour of the Cadbury Crispello, so you can imagine my utter delight!

The Cadbury Crispello is predominantly targeted at the diet conscious woman as they are supposed to be eaten in three separate serving, I however found these to be far too moreish to resist and ate them all in one go. 

The chocolate coating was the good quality Cadburys milk chocolate flavour that we all know and love, the coating of the chocolate itself was relatively thin, but this is not a criticism at all from me because it allowed the taste of the creamy vanilla filling to take centre stage. 

The wafer part was crispy and held its shape well so as to keep crumbs to a minimum, they were light to eat and worked well as a treat to have along side my lunch.

Overall I really enjoyed this flavour variety more than the original which its creamier vanilla taste, I feel that there is a lot of potential for this product in terms of filling, for example a caramel, hazelnut or even a fruity variety!
